1. Platform & Account Integrity
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use HyList.
Account Security: You are responsible for all activities under your account. Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or compromise platform security.
Content Ownership: By listing a server, you grant HyList a non-exclusive license to display your content (images, descriptions) for promotional purposes. You warrant that you own or have rights to all submitted material.
2. Voting & Ranking Mechanics
Server rankings are dynamic and influenced by player engagement and voting activity. We strictly prohibit vote tampering, botting, or the use of scripts to artificially inflate metrics.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific rank placements or traffic volumes. Rankings are algorithmic and subject to change based on community activity.
3. Sponsored Slots & Paid Services
We may offer optional premium services, such as Sponsored Slots via auction.
- All fees for paid features are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Purchasing a sponsored slot does not exempt a server from our community standards or Terms of Service.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing or discontinue paid features at any time.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Engage in harassment or hate speech
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
5. Disclaimers & Termination
"As Is" Basis: HyList is provided without warranties of any kind regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, HyList is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate access or remove content for violations of these Terms without prior notice.
